1. What we store

• Account details: user ID, full name, mobile number, e-mail, and, if you give them, designation and organisation. Passwords are never stored, only a secure hash.
• Records you save: only calculations you save yourself with "Save to History": measurements, results and, if you enter them, owner name, mouza, dag, khatian and notes.
• Sign-in log: time and IP address of sign-ins, for security; deleted after 90 days.
• File-open log: for security, the time a file is opened is recorded (which calculator or guide, when, and whether it was printed or saved as PDF); deleted after 90 days.
• Geodetic, Training and Guide applications: what you give in the application — name, designation, office, mobile, e-mail, staff ID, referee, purpose — and which sections and files the administrator has allowed you.
• Drone surveys: only the checklist you save with "☁ জমা রাখুন" (Save) while signed in; up to 25 per person; deleted ones stay in the trash for 90 days, then are removed automatically. Using the checklist and GSD calculator without signing in sends nothing.
• Training and Guide files: an opened file shows your name, designation, organisation, mobile and the time of opening as a watermark, to prevent unauthorised sharing.

2. What we do not store

Nothing you calculate is sent anywhere unless you press "Save to History". Without signing in, everything stays in your own browser.

3. Who can see your data

• You can see, change and delete all your records. Other users cannot see them.
• The GSBD LIMITED administrator can see your account details and saved records for support, security and service quality. You agree to this when you register. Every time the administrator opens a user's records, it is logged.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data unless required by law. There are no advertisements.

4. Your rights

• Download all your records as a file from the History page.
• Change your account details.
• Permanently delete your account and all records yourself; this cannot be undone.

5. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Five wrong passwords in a row lock sign-in for 15 minutes, and 30 minutes of inactivity signs you out. No online system is risk-free; please use a strong password and keep it private.
